Community Home Health, Inc. was established in 1996 and has been providing home care services in the Philadelphia, Bucks, and Mongtomery counties ever since. We believe that a large part of our long-lasting involvement in this field is due to our pride in being a part of such an essential and caring segment of the medical industry.

 

Community Home Health, Inc. provides home health services for the elderly. Our goal is to help consumers to be as independent as possible and to prevent unnecessary nursing home placement and hospital stay. Whether the client is covered under Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, they may be eligible to receive services from us.  

 

Our staff goes above and beyond for our consumers. CHH, Inc. is fully licensed, bonded, and practices strict hiring standards. All employees are thoroughly screened with a background check.
